We worked with IBA and Ben converting our garage into an ADU unit. Ben was very detailed explaining the plans and permit process and offered a 3D rendering to visualize what the work will look like. It took a couple of months to get the permits and about 3 months of construction. It came out very nice and we're very happy with the process and the results.
